At the Waterfarm we encourage a super simple approach to cooking. Our farm to table philosophy is to pick or use the freshest in season ingredients and do the least to them. For us, nothing is more exciting then our farm greens sautéed in organic coconut oil, lightly seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt and squeezing some fresh lemon or lime from the farm to finished it off.
Our farm loves fresh leaf teas. Expect to enjoy lemongrass, mint, mamaki and more! We teach you how to harvest them and then you are good to go. We suggest making it a daily ritual.
We promote a daily shot of fresh turmeric. Harvest a small bulb, blend it with 4 ounces of blessed water and some ground pepper for extra absorption. There is one disease, inflammation, and we think turmeric is the perfect daily wellness practice.
